Black Pepper Chicken Wraps, American Style

Ingredients :
4 skinless, boneless chicken thigh pieces with skin, trimmed and cut into 1/2-inch pieces (1 lb.)
4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
1 cup red onion, sliced
1 cup bell pepper, sliced
3 tbsp vegetable oil
4 tbsp black pepper sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
Dash of salt
Lettuce for wrap
1 cup chop tomatoes

Direction :
1. Heat pan in on medium high and add oil, add the chicken and cooked until cooked trough (golden brown).
2. Add a dash of salt, black pepper over the chicken, and then turn them over to cook the other side.
3. Once the chicken has cooked through (cook for 12-16 minutes on each side depending on the thickness of the piece), add the onion and green pepper and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
4. Add the black pepper sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce and 1 tsp black pepper.
5. Mix well and cover. Let cook for another 20 minutes. turning until evenly cooked and nicely browned,
6. While the chicken cooked, Heat the tortillas in the microwave for 10 sec.
7. Place tortilla in the counter, top with lettuce chicken and tomatoes, drizzle with delicious sauce, Fold the bottom of each tortilla up about 2 inches and start rolling the burrito from the right side. When the burrito is half-rolled, fold the top of the tortilla down, enclosing the filling, and continue rolling to make a tight, compact cylinder and wrap it up.
8. Served
