Ingredients
Pie Crust:
1/4 cup butter, salted
1/2 cup Butter flavored shortening
2 cups flour white lily, add enough extra flour 1/4 cup maximal
1/2 cup cake flour

1 egg
2 teaspoons vinegar

1/4 cup sugar

3 tablespoons tapioca
1 teaspoon lemon juice,

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup black cherry juice
1 ounce cherry flavored brandy
2 tablespoons butter, diced
Eggs for eggwash (1 egg and 2 tablespoons of water)
Large granules sugar for garnish

Preparing Crust:
1. Combine the butter, shortening, flour, salt and sugar powder using the blender.
2. Whisk the liquid into 2 cups and pour over dry ingredients.
3. Mix all the ingredients without overworking the dough. Stir the additional flour on it and scrape the sides of the bowl. Chill if time allows. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Flatten the dough into the bottom of the crust leather.

Filling Preparation :
Mix all ingredients except the butter and pour into chilled pie crust. Dot with butter. Brush the edges of the crust with egg.
