Grilled Lobster Tails With Garlic Butter

Lobster is part of the marine species of crustaceans, it's decadent, expensive and luxury. Lobster has its own unique flavor, so it is difficult to describe the taste in terms of something you could relate to. it' is considered a delicacy and many people love its rich taste.
Once you have tried this tasty treat, you will definitely want more. Eating lobster can make you feel like a true foodie. There are several different way to cook a lobster. And If you are looking for lobster recipe, then I will share to you.

Ingredients
2 lobster tails
2 peeled cloves garlic, finely  chopped
1/2 cup butter
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Direction
1. For the sauce, melt the butter in the sauce pan, add chopped garlic cloves, sauté for the garlic cloves until fragnant or almost brown.  Remove pan from the heat, transfer butter garlic into a measuring cup up to 1/4 cup level and set aside a rest butter for later use.
2. For the lobster, Hold a lobster tail in one hand with the hard top shell up, Slice the back of the lobster tail and meat, cut in half, open the lobster like a book, spread the cut top shell apart and loosen it from the meat using your thumbs and fingers, pulling the meal out to sit a top the shells, the remaining soft membrane will keep the sections intact while exposing the meat. During cooking, the lobster meat will inflate and over the edge of the shell halves, making an attractive presentation. Do the same for the other lobster tail. Now the tail is ready to brush with butter, Brush measured melted garlic butter on to the lobster meat. Sprinkle on some paprika, season with salt and pepper.
3. Heat a grill to medium high. Brush the grilled grate with vegetable oil to prevent the lobster from sticking. Place the lobsters on the grill shell side down, cooking for 5-10 minutes or until lobster meat turns white. Remove from the grill, meanwhile heat up the reserve garlic butter
4. Serve the grilled lobsters tails with extra garlic butter, sprinkle with the chopped parsley for garnish.
