  • 4 shells of abalone
  • 4 cups rice soak in water
  • 3 cloves garlic soft chopped
  • 200 grams carrots soft cut
  • 4 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 leek soft cut
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 pieces Korean date palm
  • 10 grams sesame seeds
  • 10 grams seaweed powder



  • Wash abalone shells
  • Break all shells and grab the meat
  • Cut carrots and leek till soft
  • Prepare a pan on the stove. Pour sesame oil at pan
  • Saute garlic, leek, and carrots until dry and perfumed
  • Put abalone into pan, stir well for 2 minutes
  • Enter rice into pan
  • Pour water into pan (two knuckles on the top surface of rice)
  • Cook until done about 45 minutes
  • 10. If already cooked, turn off stove
  • 11. Take abalone porridge with a ladle, pour in to a bowl
